WE ARE LOOKING FOR...
We’ve opened up applications for a few roles and we’re looking for the right legends to join the Bainz crew.
Barista
This one’s for someone who can make a coffee with their eyes closed and still chat to a customer like a human. You need to be able to manage the flow on machine with a second barista, keep calm when it gets busy, and send out cups that look as good as they taste — at least the basics of latte art. For the right person, this is a stable, all-year-round position.
Juniors
This role is perfect for confident, chatty humans who genuinely enjoy talking to people. You’ll be greeting everyone who walks in, helping them understand how ordering works, checking on meals, and jumping in wherever needed. Not for shy or introverted types — we need someone who sees what needs doing and just gets on with it.
Chef / Cook
We’re also looking for a strong second-in-charge in the kitchen. Someone organised, consistent, clean, and able to help keep systems running smoothly when Dan steps off the line. If you’ve got solid experience and can handle a fast-paced service, we’d love to hear from you. We’re also open to cooks/chefs who work well in a team and care about quality and consistency.
